Ronald A. Nelson
Executive Director for Contracts Management

Ron Nelson is the Executive Director for Contracts Management in the University of California Laboratory Management Office. He is responsible for a variety of contracts administration activities for the DOE-University management and operating contracts, including contract modifications, fee administration, and close-out.

Nelson assumed this position in 1992, having previously served in a number of capacities. He was deputy business manager for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, assistant to the controller and counsel at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, and assistant staffjudge advocate for Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Nelson is a graduate of the University of Florida law school. He is a member of the New Mexico and Florida Bar Associations. He is a past board member of the University of Florida Law Review.
